Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Administrative Assistant will take on administrative duties in support of Talent Acquisition’s key clerical initiatives with the goal of delivering every task on time, as well as with quality and consistency. The TA Admin Assistant is responsible for clerical maintenance, administrative resource management, and TA follow up as it relates to communicating status and risks.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Interview scheduling in coordination between hiring leader, candidate and TA Specialist.

Contractor conversions database from process initiation to completion.

Build and maintain expertise in Vericast business, including organizational structure client partnership, and TA program objectives

Candidate background check maintenance and follow up.

Offer letter creation in compliance to Vericast policy and procedures.

Assists with Career Fair events organization, coordination and set up.

Maintain relationships with university and college reps to track recruitment events

Assist TA Project Lead with internships and externship Vericast programs

Responsible for ordering of TA supplies for operational and external usage.

Assist TA Director with process and presentational slide decks. Along with adhoc tasks in support of the TA team/organization objectives.

Coordination of TA travel and itineraries.

Social media management.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

High school or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

Two or more years of experience in admin support with experience in a TA or HR environment highly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Strong communication and organization skills

General knowledge of TA/recruitment industry

Excel-ability to extract and manipulate data in prep for consumerable view

Strong PC skills including knowledge of current administrative software for word processing spreadsheets, presentations, and other tasks to perform job efficiently.

Detail oriented

Adaptability – utilizes a flexible approach to manage competing environment

Time management and prioritization skills o ensure assigned are completed in an efficient manner.

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Must have possess the ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and group situations.

DECISION MAKING

Ability to make key decisions independent as well in collaboration with team and leadership.
