Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Job Summary:In this role you will coordinate with managers, internal team members, business partners, and outside vendors to ensure successful execution of recruitment processes. You will primarily support high-volume recruitment activities for skilled labor roles within our Industrial Power Systems Division and assist our Oil, Gas & Marine Division.What you will do :
Assist the talent acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits
Create and distribute employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, travel reimbursement and orientation materials
Initiate and monitor background screening and medical pre-employment processes
