About This Opportunity Responsibilities Job Summary Focused on executing talent management programs and initiatives to strengthen talent and maximize the success of our business. This includes but is not limited to Performance Management, Succession Planning, Human Resource Planning (HRP), Talent Data Management, Assessments, Change Management, and Leadership Development. The successful candidate will have a strong bias for action, a commitment to exceed the expectations of internal customers, a business-first approach, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability and willingness to thrive in ambiguity, strong database management and data analysis skills, and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Additional details of the role include: Work collaboratively with HR partners, HRIS team, IT, and vendors to understand and assess Talent Management needs for specific functions/roles and recommend solutions Assist in our annual Human Resource Planning (HRP) Process, which encompasses goal-setting, performance appraisals, succession planning, and performance feedback Create and refine talent data management processes/systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and efficient access to critical information Apply advanced analysis and talent data management to inform recommendations for talent decisions Develop and implement user-friendly and high-impact talent management tools that help our business leaders drive transformation and achieve business goals Assist in the creation and execution of Leadership Development and/or High Potential programs Assist in the creation and implementation of effective Change Management plans and practices to increase speed of adoption of talent programs across both Corporate and Field talent pools Research the latest knowledge and best-practices around talent management Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, I/O Psychology or related field required; Graduate degree in I/O psychology or closely related field strongly preferred Minimum of 1 year of relevant Talent Management work experience Previous consulting (internal or external) and/or business experience required Strong project management, planning and organizational skills Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent MS Office skills
