Fluent in enterprise grade toolsets in External Identity Management (B2B/B2C), also known as Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). Deep experience in B2B/B2C platform and associated process, policies, and integration. Providing subject matter expertise through blueprinting, building technical integrations, coaching and leading various team members.RESPONSIBILITIES Provide day to day technical subject matter expertise to the team and various technical solutions bringing alignment with business strategy
Lead and implement technical integrations from initial conception through design, testing and implementation
Partner with Technical Architects to develop technology strategy and technology roadmaps to support evolving business needs, balancing immediate needs and long-term demands
Provide clear and effective communication with all levels of the organization
Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment within the team, with Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure, Support, and with other IT teams
Develop metrics that demonstrate the current risk state, indicators of progress for External Identity (B2B/B2C) with business alignment
Monitor technology and security developments and ensure the company's security framework follows industry best practices
Manages key relationships with IT stakeholders and translates needs and vision of product teams into platform requirements
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years equivalent experience
Education Preferred: Related certificates and training
Experience Required: 5+ years' experience with one or more enterprise External Identity (B2B/B2C) solutions
Designing and implementing technical integrations relating to B2B/B2C
Strong understanding of authentication methods of SAML, OIDC, Kerberos, etc
Experience with common enterprise OS/DB platforms
Experience with SME/Lead on team
Strong communication skills
Experience Preferred: Experience working with Agile framework in a highly dynamic, evolving organization
Okta experience preferred
Licenses/ Certifications Preferred: Security or IAM related certificates
