- The primary focus of this job is in the maintenance of the laboratory operating conditions and ensures proper working condition of all equipment, tools, and vehicles in the lab.

- Responsible for maintaining proper working condition of instruments, vehicles, and ECU's in the lab
- Organize tools and equipment such as cables, connectors, and computers
- Accountable for lab asset tracking through SW tools
- Monitor hardware tool usage, Software licenses and start procurement when inventory is low
- Proper maintenance of laboratory conditions to ensure safety procedures are followed
- Responsible for maintaining the laboratory clean and organized
- Initiates purchases of equipment; maintains contact with vendors to determine availability and cost to meet the needs of the team on time
- Maintain a budget track of amount spent vs the approved budget.
- Forecast the procurement needs of the team and projects. Be involved in budget planning discussion by presenting the data from procurement planning.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science is desired
- Experience in maintaining a large complex laboratory
- Demonstrate a good understanding on vehicle components (ECUs)
- Familiarity with computer networking including cable management
- Experience in performing project planning or project management
- Budgetary forecast based on current analysis and future trend
