Role: Technical Lead - Full Stack (Java) Locations: Plano, TX Duration: Long Term Experience: 10 12 Years Job Description Required qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience with full development lifecycle requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java 8 is mandatory (experience with lambdas and streams)
  • Experience developing Kafka producers and consumers using Java as well as using the Confluent Schema Registry
  • Extensive experience in Spark leveraging Java, Python, Scala
  • Experience using NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elastic Search
  • Hands on experience with creating CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands on experience building Restful APIs
  • Provide technical leadership with solutions architecture and building frameworks
  • Has demonstrated successfully delivery of big data projects using Kafka
  • Hands on experience with AWS services, specifically data storage, compute, analytics
  • Experience in developing software solutions leveraging Test Driven Development (TDD)
Additional Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
  • Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
  • 3-6 yrs experience working in Java & J2EE stack including Spring Framework and web services
  • Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
  • 1-2 years of current extensive high-level enterprise architecture and software design.
  • 1-2 years of experience with public cloud (AWS)/private cloud (PCF), hands-on experience with services like S3, DynamoDB, EKS, SQS, MSK, KMS, ALB.
  • Hand-on experience with CI/CD, Devops best practices, infrastructure automation tools like Terraform.
  • Must have worked with BDD test automation frameworks like Cucumber, Karate.
Additional useful qualifications:
  • Development experience using AWS analytics services such as Athena, Redshift, Lake Formation, Glue, QuickSight, Tableau and EMR
  • Expertise in Data governance and Data Quality
  • Experience with data encryption & key management best practices, especially using AWS KMS
  • Experience working with PCI Data is a plus
  • AWS Certification is a plus
