· 10+ years of experience as Technical Program manager on Insurance domain and Cloud-based development projects· Hands on working experience in Backend Run Time Environment Node.js, Backend framework Express.js· Experience in ORM framework: Prisma· Experience in Unit testing framework: Jest· Experience in using TypeScript· Hands-on experience in Relational DBs - SQL , PostgreSQL , Aurora, NoSQL DBs such as dynamoDB· Demonstrated knowledge of coding principals, focusing on Java, Spring boot, Oracle.· Experience working, integrating with AWS Offerings: ECS, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda services / containerization· Hands on working experience in Front End framework Vue 2, JavaScript, Bootstrap· Understanding of integration with Okta· Deliver software development projects using agile development methodology· Provide Technical leadership on application delivery for strategic projects including design, development and implementation of Applications and Business Services· Document solutions from both a technical and business perspective· Design and develop new features and/or maintain existing application utilizing the Java Technologies· Ensure technical solutions effectively meet the business needs· Assists in the development of guidelines and recommends best practices to mitigate defects and ensure code quality and conduct code reviews· Oversees the translation of business requirements into technical requirements for enhancements· Experience within the Insurance ,Life and Retirement industry space highly preferred· Experience with Cloud Native development and building 12 factor applicationsProcess / Innovation Skills:· Should be able to follow industry best processes· Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work · A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.· Be someone who will bring innovation and ideas to the table · A collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and planning, teamwork, strong communication.Behavioral Skills :· Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams· Should have very good communication.· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction· Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.Qualification:· Education qualification: Graduate B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
