Job Summary People Analytics team is accountable for equipping decision-makers with insights to make the best decisions about people — individuals, teams, and organizations. This close-knit, highly productive team is looking for technical project management support to deliver on analytics and data projects. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with leading HR analytics solutions, and be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a very fast-paced, hands-on environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. This role requires deep analytic and technical skills and experience within the HR/People domain. This individual should have strong analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills to handle a variety of activities and complexities spanning the organization. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical project management experience
  • Work with the business and engineering team to design and develop scalable, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Tableau and other analytics platforms
  • Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with business, senior leadership, and technical teams
  • Ability to define, manage, and prioritize your own work, juggling multiple projects, possibly with competing deadlines in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment
  • Ability to use data and analysis to drive decision-making
  • Depth in project management standard methodologies with the ability to tailor for CLIENT
  • Proven experience leading large-scale project plans with complex interdependencies.

Description

  • Bring together business objectives with key partners, evaluate different solution options, conduct analysis and figure out the best path forward.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to support ad hoc analytics, and to determine trade-offs between different solution options for new products.
  • Partner closely with product managers and developers who have deep expertise in different solutions.
  • Support implementation, including roll out coordination, intervention, and assessment programs related to employee experience initiatives.
  • Lead cross-project risks, issues, and decisions, work towards closure.
  • Liaison between the business and developers to ensure business information needs are adequately met with analytic/reporting solutions.
  • Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter authorities in a variety of business, functional, and technology areas.

Technical skills

  • Prefer experience as a developer in analytic product builds, including SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, or Python
  • Experience with project management tools, ideally Wrike
  • Experience with client Keynote and Excel, as well as collaboration tools (e.g., Box, Quip)

Education & Experience
  • Information Systems, Computer Science Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
