Technical Recruiter - 95% Remote.

Our client is looking to hire a Technical Recruiter. We need someone within 70 miles Richardson, Texas, or Chicago, IL. You may have to go in for a meeting once in a while, but this is primarily remote based. It might be once per quarter. They are looking to interview candidates ASAP. We can pay someone up to 45/hr. and there is potential to go permanent down the road. Key Responsibilities:Identify, Source and Hire for diversity through working with external and internal resources.Execute on deadline driven hiring and collaborate with Recruiting Lead and Manager to refine recruiting strategies as necessary to support the need.Review HireVue interviews and/or phone screen qualified candidates to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select and fill open requirements.Provide an outstanding customer/candidate experience.
