We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for a Technical Report Writer role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :- Develops and writes data documentation, analytical requirements, business rules, workflows, and data calendar/timelines for existing and new data projects using simple, clear, unambiguous, and concise language
- Oversees the planning, design, scope, structure, creation, analysis, and maintenance of SAS programs, datasets, data reporting systems, and reports
- Develops and manages extensive quality assurance and quality control checks of SAS programs and workflows to improve existing programs and processes including comprehensive documentation
- Plans, studies, researches, and evaluates current information and data systems and recommends changes as needed
- Experience with SAS programming or similar statistical programming language
- Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
- Experience working with administrative data
- Experience developing technical documentation
- Experience with MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel
- Experience working with education data
