- Customer Service-Project/Acct. Mngt:

- Is able to quickly address and provide support for inbound calls and callbacks
- Demonstrates effective use of phone and/or email for communication channel
- Has high level analysis knowledge to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity (CRM)
- Is able to write clear and succinct information when documenting personal case management
- Knows how to set and maintain a conscious balance of expectations and timelines (Calls/Casework/Self-service/Lunch/Break)
- Creates accurate and complete Service Orders for field Employees"
- Minimum of 2-years in a technical support environment with direct customer service support
- Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with many forms of communication including Instant Messenger, email, and phones
- Excellent documentation skills including detailed case notes while on the phone with a customer
- Skills, abilities, and an In-depth knowledge of general computer terms and navigation skills."
- Ability to communicate technical solutions/recommendations to a non-technical audience (2+ Years)
- Write SQL Queries (Select, Join (Left/Right), Update, Insert) (2+ Years)
- SQL Server 2008+ Administration (1+ Years)
- Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+) (2+ Years)

- IIS and Web Application Administration (1+ Years)
- Group Policies Terminology and Administration (1+ Years)
- Active Directory Administration (1+ Years)

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2+ years equivalent experience
- Microsoft SQL experience (1+ Years)
