Duration: 10 months + Strong Possibility of Extension

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service-Collaborative:
  • Ability to use initiative and apply logic to be creative and pro-active in assessing and providing support to resolve new, recurring, and ongoing technical issues
  • Maintains knowledge of and education level to demonstrate understating of Customer Education (Technical)
  • Maintains knowledge of and education level to demonstrate understanding of Customer Education (Clinical)
  • Is able to follow process checklists & collaboration process"
  • Customer Service-Project/Acct. Mngt:
  • Knows how to set and maintain a conscious balance of expectations and timelines (Internal or External)
  • Seizes opportunities for continued and relevant education to contribute to Personal Goals (eClass, ILT, SkillSoft)
  • Is able to quickly address and provide support for inbound calls and callbacks
  • Demonstrates effective use of phone and/or email for communication channel
  • Has high level analysis knowledge to maintain high levels of data quality and integrity (CRM)
  • Is able to write clear and succinct information when documenting personal case management
  • Knows how to set and maintain a conscious balance of expectations and timelines (Calls/Casework/Self-service/Lunch/Break)
  • Creates accurate and complete Service Orders for field Employees"

General Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-years in a technical support environment with direct customer service support
  • Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with many forms of communication including Instant Messenger, email, and phones
  • Excellent documentation skills including detailed case notes while on the phone with a customer
  • Skills, abilities, and an In-depth knowledge of general computer terms and navigation skills."

Technical Experience:
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions/recommendations to a non-technical audience (2+ Years)
  • Write SQL Queries (Select, Join (Left/Right), Update, Insert) (2+ Years)
  • SQL Server 2008+ Administration (1+ Years)
  • Windows Server (2008+) and Desktop Administration (Win7+) (2+ Years)
  • Networking topology, terminology, commands (2+ years)
  • IIS and Web Application Administration (1+ Years)
  • Group Policies Terminology and Administration (1+ Years)
  • Active Directory Administration (1+ Years)
  • VMWare Terminology and Administration (2+ Years)
  • Installing peripherals (Scanners, Printers) (2+ Years)
  • Application (non-Pyxis) Installation and Troubleshooting (2+ Years)"

Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2+ years equivalent experience
  • Microsoft SQL experience (1+ Years)
  • CompTIA A+ or N+ Preferred
