- Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for Telecommunication Network Operations.
- Understands the user's view of telecommunications technology and can logically sequence procedures.
- Provides expertise on technical concepts of network applications and /or user groups and structuring procedures in a logical sequence, due to a broad understanding of the applications.
- Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses.
- May be responsible for coordinating the display of graphics and the production of the document.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
- Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
- Experience in composing, compiling, organizing, researching, writing, editing, producing and maintaining technical documents and manuals
- Ability to understand and translate the user's view of applications and technology to put procedures in logical sequence; ability to develop and maintain user technical documentation and project process documentation.
