JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL WRITER LOCATION: Plano, TEXAS Full time PERMANENT job ONSITE Details: A&P license or military aviation maintenance experience with Technical Orders a plus. Requires an understanding of engineering data, with an ability to research and analyze engineering drawings and technical documents. Mechanical aptitude with experience and knowledge of aircraft operation, aircraft systems, aircraft maintenance practices, manufacturing and GAMA/ATA guidelines. Experience using SGML/XML, Arbortext, Adobe FrameMaker or equivalent tool in authoring environment. Professional and diplomatic demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
