4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
3+ years of Change Management experience with a concentration in a technology area.
4+ years in a customer service role (internal or external)
Attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate+ knowledge of Service Now, a plus if the candidate has specific knowledge of the change module.
Intermediate + Microsoft Office applications with a concentration in Excel.
What You Will Be Doing
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.
