Location: Austin, TX Salary: $45,000.00 USD Annually - $55,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client is currently seeking a Technology Solutions Analyst to provide level 2 technical support to our advisors on accessing and using our websites, applications, and third-party systems. You will handle technical support inquiries, resetting user accounts, and managing account access to our resources. You will learn new applications, the business rules governing data management, the interconnections between the database and applications that rely upon it, and provide first-class support to our staff and partners.
This job will have the following responsibilities:- Respond and communicate with advisors
- Address and resolve customer service inquiries
- Gather information, investigate resolution, and respond to customers
- Follow procedures for data updates and resolution of service requests
- Help create reports within Salesforce
- Resolve service inquiries within acceptable turnaround times
- Track service requests and resolutions in an accurate fashion
- Address service inquiries by phone and email
- Customer Service skills
- Prioritization and time management skills
- College Degree or equivalent experience in Technology positions.
- Experience in technical support and customer support
- Experience in financial industry beneficial
- Experience with Salesforce useful
