TechPM / Production Support Manager

Skills:· 10+ years of IT experience· Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.· Look for strong Tech PMs who have been leading Production Support & L1/L2 organization.· Experience in Application Support and development or related experience.· Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins.· Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.· Experience in Infrastructure Support, Configuration and Release Management· Production support experience is mandatory with solid understanding of L1 , L2 and L3 activities· Experience in software development methodologies· Knowledge of the following tools and technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, Informatica, .Net, Java, and Windows and UNIX operating systems.Experienced in managing all aspects of the project / program management and delivery including planning, design, Scope management, cost management & budgeting, scheduling, Quality management, resource planning and management, communications management, Risk management, Stakeholder management· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.· Strong Analytical skills.
