As a Telehealth Systems Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in building, assessing and fine-tuning our programs and initiatives for hospital based, at-home, clinic-to-clinic, patient-initiated telemedicine
- Develop and monitor performance/outcome metrics and conducts analysis of existing telehealth programs and services
- Collect and analyze telehealth data to drive business development opportunities, changes to clinical workflows, and technology upgrades to improve processes
- Monitor and assess clinical performance management metrics, dashboards and scorecards for telehealth service lines including:
- Perform quality clinical case reviews with the Telemedicine Department
- Analyze and assess performance metrics for the purpose of performance improvement (i.e., establishing and improving upon clinical guidelines, protocols and workflows).
- Conduct business needs assessments, and review business structure, policies, and operations to assist in supporting telehealth applications and growth of the telehealth program
- Focuses on planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support for telemedicine / telehealth related applications.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in IT project management, applications support, and/or systems analysis; or three (3) years of experience IT project management, applications support and/or systems analysis with a Master’s degree.
- Experience in implementing and/or supporting software solutions in a healthcare organization (i.e., hospital, physician office, health insurance payer).
