This role combines in-branch and call center responsibilities—perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping members achieve their financial goals.What You’ll DoBe the friendly voice answering member calls—taking orders, answering questions, handling concerns, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash advances while balancing your cash drawer with accuracy.Open and close accounts: checking, savings, IRAs, term share accounts, and more.Assist members with account maintenance and resolve problems—or connect them with the right team when needed.Guide members through loan and credit card applications, ensuring accuracy, gathering documentation, and reviewing loan terms and options.Cross-sell products and services—especially lending solutions—that benefit members’ financial needs.Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures while maintaining the credit union’s trusted reputation.Perform side tasks and support your teammates so the branch and call center run smoothly.
