We are an integral part of an important mission we go to work every day with the knowledge and pride that our accomplishments make a difference.Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Space (CEW&S) is looking to hire a Tempest Technician to conduct TEMPEST testing as a test team member. Additionally, the Tempest Technician will assist in planning, preparing, and executing tests of systems, evaluate results against specifications and requirements, and analyze and report test resultsEssential Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver test plans using approved templates according to national standards Validate the operational capability of test equipment Configure Mobile Assessment Vehicle (MAV), other test vehicles, or anechoic chamber for specific tests Perform necessary functions to obtain maintenance on test vehicles Develop test schedules Coordinate other logistics, as required for planning test events Operate Radio Frequency (RF) receiver systems Conduct spectrum signal search Make RF and time domain data recordings (data capture) Make frequency and amplitude signal measurements Provide configuration management, documentation, hardware/software updates, and integration of test suites, tools, and equipment Send and receive test equipment to/from Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL), as well as monitor the status of all equipment sent for calibration Support testing automation using tools such as SeleniumMinimum Qualifications2 years of relevant professional/exempt experience.- DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Level III preferred)
- As it applies to Tempest Testing, have experience with automated test tools, requirements, and version control tools (Jira and Git), developing and enhancing test strategies, developing test cases and test procedures and artifacts for various stakeholders, documenting test results for corrective actions, reporting and audits.
