- Develop QA strategies
- Develop and implement specific QA tailored solutions for each production deliverable.
- Directly oversee and manage a global QA team with diverse backgrounds supporting QA development, which may include one or more third-party organizations.
- Develop, implement or enhance and institutionalize QA processes, including metrics/measurements, reporting, and continuous improvement, that balance risk and delivery timelines.
- Ensure that management and allocation of QA resources based on project needs is performed.
- Staying up to date with current state-of-the-art testing practices, testing practices and testing tools; and
- Ensure that QA feedback is being used to improve deliverable lifecycle processes.
