Has an executional role in design and development projects or acts as an expert tester who designs test scripts and provides overall project guidance and planning support. Advises internally on solving functional and technical problems regarding the assigned applications and Infrastructure.This role is based in Houston, Texas.Your future duties and responsibilities: Create & define the Test Strategy on how the testing is going to be performed. Create & define the Test Plan to ensure different type of testing required, the test approach, The Test governance criteria. Define the Test reporting matrices & criteria. Work with each workstream to gather the understanding of the requirement & identify test scope for the project. Formulation of test team and guiding the team members regarding the testing techniques & expected output of testing. Defining & setting up the Test Management tools. Person should have worked as Test Manager and managed the big complex projects. Define the Functional & Non-Functional test scope including the performance testing. Raise & track the defect logged in tool and ensure it’s been fixed and tested. Work closely with Business users to ensure the testing have been performed correctly & ensure the scope have been covered. Define Test governance & Reporting. Escalate fast as per agreed project governance & escalation Matrix. Identification or creation of test data. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Test QA as per BCR COE process good understanding of Test Management Process. Knowledge of the Business requirement & mapping it to Test Scenarios for test. Test Migration experience. Analytical skill to think out of box test cases to ensure that all kind of user scenarios are tested and work fine. Knowledge of the Test Management tools to make project delivery smooth. Experience in Test Designing activities and sometime if needed should be able to execute the test cases.
