Role: Middleware (TIBCO BW) + L3 Administrator/SupportDuration: Full time with BenefitsLocation: Irving, TX / Tampa, FL / Edison, NJ / Newcastle, DEJob Description :-> Good administration of TIBCO Infrastructure and migration to Redhat Fuse. > Minimum 7+ years of experience in TIBCO Administration.> Must have experience in EMS 8.0, BW 5.x, Active Space 2.x and above , Java, Redhat Fuse, Active MQ.> Must have experience in IBM Sterling Connect:Direct 4.x> Must have experience in IBM MQ 8.x.> Must have experience in TIBCO BW application development and should be able to understand and analyze existing codebase.> Expert level command on Unix like operating systems and Shell scripting is an added advantage.> Strong Experience in Various TIBCO products, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting and monitoring.> Strong Experience in SSL certificates to configure and troubleshoot SSL connection issues.> Should have Experience in managing High availability of Business Works, Active Space, EMS and DR testing.> Good knowledge on UNIX, LINUX and Windows environments with TIBCO Installation & scripted deployments. > Should have Ability to install and configure EMS, BW domains with Load Balancing and Fault Tolerant methods. > Must have Hands on experience in TIBCO BW application performance tuning and EMS configuration setup.> Strong Experience in Monitoring tools like ITRS. > Good Knowledge on Dev-Ops tools like Jenkins, Teamcity, GIT, Ansible will be an added advantage along with version control repository bitbucket .> Good Knowledge on containerization with docker and OpenShift is an added advantage.> Experience in Problem management ,Change Management and incident management. > You should validate overall service availability, performance, integrity, redundancy, security, and business continuity. Conduct disaster recovery testing and backup and recovery testing.> Experience in financial domain projects is an added advantage. > Must be able to manage a fully integrated and highly available application environment.Qualifications:-> Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.> Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.> Strong work ethics with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
