- Answer, record, resolve or escalate service calls.
- Enter Help Calls into the automated tracking system provided and track calls until resolution.
- Configure, reload, and troubleshoot; software, hardware, collaboration tools (Teams), and network connections (wi-fi).
- Manage and create objects in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Utilize remote tools to connect to remote desktops. Applications include MECM and DameWare.
- Assist users during briefings and events with collaborative tools such as Google Earth, Portals, alert systems etc.
- Support deployment or life cycle replacement of software, hardware and new computer systems by imaging and issuing new computers to individual users.
- Deploy approved baseline images.
- Assist users with the configuration and management of any government Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solutions for personal computers.
- Aid the government with in-processing/on-boarding of new personnel, account creation and out-processing services.
- 2 years of IT Help Desk experience
- Experience using Remedy Service Management.
- Familiarity with ITIL.
- DoD 8570.01- M Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I ( A+ ce, CCNA-Security, CNDNetwork+ ce, SSCP) to include the IA Baseline Certification and CE/OS Certificate.
