- Enter all service call actions into the Government-provided tracking system.
- Maintain situational awareness (SA) of the network by monitoring the operational activities and events in the IT infrastructure (security software, SIEM systems, and appliances).
- Inform team Lead of any IT infrastructure discrepancies.
- Respond to events to maintain operations while ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of the network.
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve IT degradations and failures, this includes responding to cyber events in accordance with (IAW) the Command Incident Response Plan.
- Respond to events with appropriate action, to include coordinating with the FSH and Fort Gordon NEC, to maintain operations while ensuring the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the network.
- Provide SharePoint online (SPO) management capability.
- Develop solutions for Knowledge Management (KM) related challenges in the command, using Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) to create custom applications.
- Act as a Systems Administrator for NIPRNET wireless management capability.
- Implement and manage the wireless capability, includes user onboarding, CAC-enabled EAP-TLS authentication, and all required certificate management.
- Receive, analyze, and track Cyber Tasking Order (CTO) actions from receipt to completion. This includes tracking patches, updates, and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) actions.
- Aid mobile users by providing initiation, on-boarding, and management of wireless devices under the Department of Defense (DoD) Mobility Unclassified Capability (DMUC) program and Department of Defense (DoD) Mobility Classified Capability-Secret (DMCC-S) program.
- Safeguard mobile devices in contractor possession.
- Register and maintain an account on the wireless vendor, equipment provider, and government Enterprise Portals.
- Configure devices with the correct wireless vendor services.
- Contact users and issue their devices.
- Ensure users sign accountability and terms of use documentation and provide that documentation to the government.
- Provide informal user training, including how to access DMUC and Purebred.
- Assist users in the operation and troubleshooting of existing devices and restore non- functional devices.
- Upon user request and COR concurrence, adjust device service features using the wireless vendor’s Portal.
- Decommission devices on the appropriate government and commercial portals.
- Provide user assistance in the configuration and management of any government Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) solutions for personal mobile devices.
- Accept and safeguard IT user equipment such as computers, printers, smart phones, etc.
- Maintain an electronic list of IT equipment (make/model/serial number etc. as required by the COR).
- Assist the government in reconciling the documentation with government supply records.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Active Directory; MS SQL; Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM); Virtual Machine; a DOD-approved Enterprise Network Management System (NMS); and a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
- A minimum of five years’ experience conducting Army supply accountability activities.
- Experience using an automated incident tracking system to record and respond to service calls.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+ , GICSP, GSEC, CND, or SSCP).
