In this role you will work closely with the Contract Supervisors and BASF coordinators while effectively communicating invoice data and verification of contractor hours with the Construction and Maintenance managers.As a Timekeeping and Contractor Administrator- Port Arthur, TX, you create chemistry by
Assist the site general maintenance contractor with expertise to properly operate the timekeeping program in our system to generate SAP records, contractor invoicing and the management of vacation balances. Validating and entering rate changes. Assisting with the ATLIS FCO and Estimating modules while submitting time entry for small contract companies.
Reviewing contractor invoices for accuracy in billing and compliance to contract exhibits, terms, and conditions. Ensuring rates and markups are correctly applied.
Validating hours billed to time records, comparing pricing to contract agreement and verifying mark-ups are applied properly.
Maintaining contract documentation for accuracy of rates, equipment usage, and agreements.
Assisting the site with Gate Scans to audit labor that is outside of ATLIS.
Sustaining Contractor rates data in database.
Assisting in internal audits as necessary for contractor charging compliance.
Working closely with the Contract Supervisors and BASF Coordinators for effective communication of invoice data and verification of contractor hours with the Construction Managers and Maintenance Managers.
Assisting Contract Supervisors and BASF Coordinators in data mining, data assessment ang KPI reporting.
Supporting Contract Supervisors and BASF Coordinators in SAP data input.
Auditing the ATLIS timekeepers who enter the time for the sites you support.
If you
Possess 10+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance or industrial construction environment.
Are knowledgeable of construction and maintenance processes and terminology including commercial terms and conditions.
Are proficient working with SAP, Excel and Power BI Dashboards.
Have experience in reviewing and interpreting invoices and contracts.
Possess Accounting or cost control experience (preferred).
Possess ATLIS experience (preferred).
