• Monitoring the daily operations and development schedules - resource planning, task management and risk mitigation
• Assist with establishing development budget and track all associated costs to ensure that the development for the project stays on budget
• Assisting with the creation, proofing and editing of sales presentations with a meticulous eye for detail
• Coordinating with project managers to catalog client assets and information
• Identifying areas of improvement for productivity through research of equipment and sourcing of material, services, freelance talent
• Occasionally responding after hours to communication from China – managing globally isn’t easy!

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 3+ years of experience as a traffic manager in an advertising, digital or branding agency with responsibilities for 2D and 3D deliverables
• Strong project management skills with ability to work cross-functionally to monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments accordingly
• Technically savvy with strong Office365 skills – exposure to Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency with mainstream project management platforms and building Gantt charts – we use Teamwork
• Ability to work gracefully under pressure, managing multiple projects, changing priorities with attention to detail and impeccable time management
• Highly refined communication – spelling, grammar, and voice
