Job Title: WelderJob DescriptionWe are seeking skilled Welders to join our team on a project that extends through December 2025. The selected candidates will perform various welding processes on aluminum, steel, and alloy parts and assemblies to meet precise tolerances. This role involves using welding metals and metal alloys, as well as precision blending using hand tools to prepare metallic surfaces for welding and non-destructive evaluation. Responsibilities include determining layouts and welding parts according to engineering drawings and specifications, monitoring and verifying quality, and operating large, motion-controlled machines to create friction stir welds on launch vehicles. Candidates will also perform periodic maintenance on machines and accurately use precision measuring tools.Hard Skills

Experience with tube fabrication (bend, flare, fittings, etc.)

Knowledge of 3-D CAD tools, preferably CREO

Proficiency in interpreting GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standard

Expertise in TIG welding aerospace stainless steel and inconel hardware

Experience in weld preparation including cutting, blending, chamfering, and cleaning parts

Soft Skills

Ability to communicate with engineers on design concepts and suggest improvements

Capability to review, edit, and follow Work Instructions

Commitment to safety in an industrial environment
