Description:As a Project Manager this individual will be responsible for design planning and approval, vendor and other stakeholder group coordination, quality assurance, and customer harmonization while managing individual project budgets of up to $2M. Primarily responsible for the deployment, implementation, and launch of delivery stations and tactical programs that make up some of client’s initiatives relating to Material Handling Equipment, Automation and or related equipment.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Ability to read site plansPMP certificationAgile or Kaizen PM MethodologiesDrive Customer Obsession through all activities and teamsEarn Trust operations customers through clear and timely communication, gathering of feedback, and driving all action items to completionTake end-to-end ownership of everything within your grasp or scope of influenceAssess, escalate, and eliminate project risks to safely deliver projects on-time, under budget, and within all design standardsFollow project specific action plans maintaining and ensuring the quality of all project tasksEscalate and identify opportunities for new standard work and mechanisms to close gaps where guidance in action plans is unclear or incompleteDeploy for days and up to several weeks to various geographies within North America in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions in the world.Travel requirement is up to 80% - 100% Create and implement improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customersManage on-site deployment of third party logistics vendors, managing daily workflow, budgets, inventory control and quality assurance for equipment deploymentLead meetings including Senior Leaders from up to 30 cross functional teamsWork within various time constraints to meet critical business needsEngineering background required Experience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
