Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Director to join our team located in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, you will be leading and scaling our corporate finance function, managing banking, risk and currency management, insurance, credit ratings, and regulatory finance compliance. You will also be expected to work closely with the CFO, providing instrumental insights and analyses to drive business decisions. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with leading global banks. Oversee long-term and short-term financing needs, including debt capital markets and sustainability financing. Manage working capital, cash flow, and liquidity risk. Conduct covenants management and support Accounts Receivable factoring and Accounts Payable Supply Chain Finance programs. Handle Forex risks management including currency risks, interest rate risks, and credit risk management. Ensure counterparty risk measures are in place and manage Insurance – Property Damage & Business Interruption. Manage annual credit ratings and work with credit rating agencies. Oversee capital budgeting and evaluate investment opportunities. Make critical investment decisions that contribute to the company's long-term success. Evaluate and play a vital role in Mergers and Acquisitions (M& A) / Divesture opportunities, conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiating deals. Responsible for structuring and financing the organic and inorganic opportunities.
