Job DescriptionAs an IT Configuration Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the configuration of software and hardware systems for the DoD. Responsibilities will include:Manage Configuration Items (CIs): Identify, document, and control the configuration items in the IT environment.Change Management: Oversee the process of change management to ensure that all changes are tracked and controlled.Configuration Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with configuration management policies.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, including versions, updates, and changes.Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to ensure that configuration management processes are integrated with other IT service management processes.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to configuration management.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
