UKG Consultant

Description We are looking for a UKG Consultant to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be expected to play a key part in our human resources team, focusing on performance management, core HR functions, open enrollment, and recruitment. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities include: Overseeing all aspects of performance management, which includes tracking employee performance and addressing any issues that arise. Managing the open enrollment process, ensuring employees receive necessary information and support. Supervising core HR functions to ensure smooth and functional HR operation within the organization. Developing and modifying recruitment processes and strategies to attract the right talents. Supervising the onboarding process, introducing new hires to the company environment, company policies, and their job responsibilities. Creating or updating BI reports according to the company's requirements, though this is not a primary requirement. Specializing in Performance Management, Open Enrollment, Core HR functions, and a strong focus on Recruiting and Onboarding. Utilizing your knowledge in UKG Pro, Payroll, HR Modules, Performance Management, Open Enrollment to perform your duties effectively. Requirements Proficient in UKG Pro software application Demonstrated experience in Payroll processing and management Proficient understanding of HR Modules Experience in Performance Management Familiarity with Open Enrollment procedures Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Proven ability to handle confidential information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
