USD - Senior HRIS Analyst

Genuent is hiring a Sr HRIS Analyst for our direct client in Southlake, TX. This position will be hybrid. Qualified candidate should send their resume (Word format) to Kristen Silguero at Senior HRIS AnalystHybridJOB DESCRIPTION: Under general direction and in partnership with team members, responsible for maintenance, proper function and use of the HRMS (SuccessFactors, then Workday starting Oct 2022). Functional contact point to resolve system issues and problem resolution. Responsible for monitoring data feeds, researching and resolving issues. Responsibilities also include configuration, ensure integrity of processes and data, and development of custom reports and dashboards, as well as data/functional audit. Liaison to technology team and other groups to resolve system technical issues that occur globally.EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years related experience. 3 years in Workday or equivalent system administration experience required; seeking deep experience in functional areas such as HCM, Reporting or Business Process Administration. Advanced reporting capabilities in Workday Prism or BIRT is a strong plus. Strong experience in translating requirements for reporting and analytics, with preferred ability to also help write reports. Provides testing support across the HRIS portfolio Data analysis experience with demonstrated computer competency with Microsoft office suite, including intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel or Alteryx skills is required. Demonstrated ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations is required. Strong communications and writing skills. Detail orientated with excellent organization skills. Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information. Comfortable working with people at all levels of the organization globally as well as with suppliers, vendors, and customers. Ability to work independently and as a member of global team.
