Role: UX Researcher Location: Fort Worth, TX Duration: 6 + Months Note: Over all experience must be 7 + years The UX Researcher Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Collaborate closely with inside BNSF's Experience Design team (researchers, designers, business relationship managers & design strategist) and across PM, engineering and business teams to identify, define and deliver meaningful user research forming the base for employee digital products
- Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research roadmaps
- Lead various research studies throughout all the phases of the product development cycle
- Contribute to product strategy, execution and release/deployment plans using information collected across related project domains
- 3+ yrs of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user experience research in a corporate environment, including concept-testing, usability, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiry/observations, ethnography, card-sorting and turning qualitative insights and observations into data that tells a compelling story
- Experience with remote and in-person research.
- Strong influencing skills with experience conveying research findings and implications to diverse audiences (incl. diverse functions, seniority)
- Ability to deliver clear, concise & polished outputs in speech and writing
- Analytical, project management, and problem-solving experience
- Experience with autonomy and independent execution. Ability to see projects through
