UX/UI Developer

Job Summary: aria-hidden="true" UX/UI Developer will develop user interface for websites including mobile from ground up. Developer who understands the intricacies of cross-browser development and knows how to build simple interfaces by writing maintainable HTML, CSS and advanced JavaScript. The UI/UX developer will work with UX/UI designers, IT, Marketing, Conversion and other digital stakeholders to provide ease of use within a complex web application, suggest tools that refine the experience based on the stated goals, and create unique answers to difficult problems. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Essential Duties/Responsibilities: aria-hidden="true" - Develop mobile and cross-browser compatible responsive front-end interfaces using aria-hidden="true" - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JQuery as well as frameworks like bootstrap or Foundation. aria-hidden="true" - Hands on experience with AngularJS, Node.js, AJAX, REST, JSON, and XML. aria-hidden="true" Good understanding of page speed optimization principles and tools. aria-hidden="true" - Extensive experience in using UX best practices to design and develop solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. aria-hidden="true" - As project evolves, the UX Developer will design, code the markup, conduct user testing, and perform other user-facing activities to validate the design, and interaction. aria-hidden="true" - Lead new user interface designs through the full design and development cycle (including concepts, information architecture, visual design and interaction design) aria-hidden="true" - Create and apply brand frameworks within product lines and across the entire portfolio, ensuring a cohesive brand experience for customers. aria-hidden="true" - Create, maintain and improve a Standard Style guide and interaction pattern library for the team. aria-hidden="true" - Know your way around project management, including juggling multiple parts of a project and keeping up to date with all the moving parts. aria-hidden="true" - Collaborate with teams across the organization and the company to ensure we maintain industry leadership, and deliver innovative and exciting designs that meet Company's business goals. aria-hidden="true" - Ensure site architecture and site optimization strategy keep pace with evolving practices. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Working Conditions: aria-hidden="true" - No physical demands aria-hidden="true" - No travel required aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Minimum Requirements: aria-hidden="true" - Expert literacy in front end development (particularly around responsive design, designing across multiple channels and browser types) is preferred. aria-hidden="true" - Strong vision for mobile Internet consumer products, clear understanding of usability, user-centered design, accessibility and web standards. aria-hidden="true" - Writing standards-compliant front-end code for websites, web applications, and mobile solutions using HTML, CSS and JavaScript. aria-hidden="true" - Practical exposure and/or experience with AngularJS, jQuery, JSON, AJAX. aria-hidden="true" - Familiarity with code versioning systems (SVN, GIT) aria-hidden="true" - Familiarity with agile methodology and Scrum. aria-hidden="true" - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles. aria-hidden="true" - Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web. aria-hidden="true" - Excellent communication skills (you should be able to clearly articulate your design/coding decisions). aria-hidden="true" - Experience with best practices in Web design. aria-hidden="true" - Experience working in cross functional teams. aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Preferred Qualifications: aria-hidden="true" - Strong portfolio of work showing experience developing standards-compliant front-end code for marketing websites, web applications, and/or mobile experiences aria-hidden="true" - Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field. aria-hidden="true" - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent work experience
