Valve Sales Inside Tech Support

Anthis Valve Enterprises, Inc which is a valve service provider is looking for people to join our inside sales team.

Anthis Valve Enterprises, Inc. is an industrial supplier of valve and actuation solutions for the North America industrial market. Established in 1971, Anthis Valve Enterprises, Inc. supplies valves and actuators to the Power, Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Mining, Marine industries, Food Process, Water Service and Cryogenics Service. With headquarters in Houston, the technical expertise and many stock valves enable us to provide tailored solutions in the shortest time to our customers. We have engineers with many years of experience in solving difficult issues in modification and repair of industrial, Power and Oil Field type valves.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Respond to customer inquiries, generate quotes based on the company database or work with inside sales teams.

 Respond to developing new prospects and maintain with existing customers primarily by phone and email.

 Technical support to customer orders, monitor expected orders which are in process.

 Develop and maintain customer relationships and respond to customer requirements which drive customer satisfaction.

 Work with customers, our sales team and shop to solve any problems between our shop and customer.

 Cooperate with interior management to balance the price between customer and company's profile.

Qualifications

 Minimum high school diploma

 2-3 years of inside sales representative or equivalenting a technical environment. Or more than 5 years of experience in valve workshops and interested in inside sales jobs.

 Strong communication and writing skills.

 Ability to develop strong relationships quickly with potential customers.

 Organization and time management skills, able to work with management teams.

 Quickly learn valve technical and service to customers

 Good self-management skills to include dependability, initiative, innovation, professionalism and organization skills.
