We are looking for an experienced Executive to join our global team, which is responsible for supporting technologies ranging from Corporate Business systems, End User Computing (Email, Collaboration tools, Desktop engineering, etc.), as well as other core systems leveraged by internal employees and contractors around the globe.  This vital role will have a wide range of responsibilities across the Digital Workspace life cycle including innovation, design, architecture, and engineering while also enabling a world class experience for our user base for end user related architectural and device efforts.The Vice President of Global Digital Workplace Architecture will lead a team of engineers and technologists globally with responsibilities to create, implement and continuously improve digital workplace technologies, while also driving the standards to both support and modernize or Global Digital Workplace for our end users.  We are looking for an expert with exceptional operational leadership skills and the abilities to help improve standards, processes, and controls in an extremely fast paced environment.  A successful candidate will define strategic roadmaps and standards, solve key business problems, enhance operational business monitoring, and drive technology knowledge within the organization.Core ResponsibilitiesReduce repeatable tasks, Operational inefficiencies and administrative overhead while making recommendations for process improvements and technology changes to meet those needsIdentify, monitor, publish and manage goals and measurements to show improvements to digital workplace technology while also focusing on KPI’s and SLA’s to measure service availability and issue resolutionOversee endpoint management and patching to ensure security and availability, while minimizing the potential impact on employee experience.Ensure alignment with data retention, compliance, and eDiscovery processes.Work closely with operations and enablement partners to drive the highest level of stability, capacity, performance, and uptime throughout the digital workplace programParticipate in M&A integrations for any covered services to ensure a seamless and great user experience, timely delivery, and all standards according to planAdvocate for advanced analytics and automation to streamline efficiencies.Responsible for leading the remediation of any audit findings related to teams areas of responsibility and report on the progress to Executives and Audit Steering Committees until that work has been completedUpdate and maintain team intranet pages, documentation repositories, communications and outage calendars related to services supportedCreation and maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles for support teams for all covered services while ensuring that documentation and training is in place for operational teamsGovernance and Key RelationshipsHave a “credible presence” with Experian Senior and Executive across the business and IT to ensure effective communication of updates, service improvement plans and be the escalation point for supported servicesBuild strong business relations with colleagues within the business to promote Digital Workplace globallyCollaborate closely with security, identity, and networking leaders to ensure a secure seamless delivery of digital workplace technologies while maintaining superior stability.Build a network of support contacts around global Experian to improve technology services provided within scope Key relationships include digital workplace peers; other IT teams such as applications, infrastructure, security, and enterprise architecture; technology vendors; legal and complianceLeadershipEnvision, design, implement, and continuously improve end user and other digital workplace technologiesEstablish global end user and other digital workplace technology roadmaps, engineering strategy, Lifecycle analysis and operating standards including Active Directory, Microsoft365, Automated Device Management, Virtualization, PKI infrastructure, Smart Automation, Core Business Systems, and others.Recruit, motivate, mentor, and develop a high caliber "guild" of enterprise technology specialists with business and behavioral competencies needed to be collaborative partners and exceptional engineersBuild strong relationships with key external Technology vendors as well as internal Security and technology Business Partners
