Description Video Production SpecialistWe are seeking a talented and creative Video Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content for various platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and proficiency in video production techniques and software.Key Responsibilities:

Plan, film, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling video concepts and storyboards.

Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Manage the post-production process, including video editing, color correction, sound mixing, and adding graphics or effects.

Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance video production.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematography.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

A portfolio showcasing previous video production work.
