VMWare VDI Consultant Irving TX(Day one onsite role) Full-TimeResponsibilities: Experience in Citrix.Design, implement, and maintain our VDI infrastructure.Manage and troubleshoot VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.Develop and maintain VDI-related policies and procedures.Ensure VDI environments are secure, reliable, and performant.Manage virtual desktop images and application delivery.Work closely with end-users to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate VDI with other systems and technologies.Research and evaluate new VDI technologies and make recommendations for improvement.Maintain documentation of VDI infrastructure and processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in VDI administration/engineering.Strong knowledge of VMware Horizon, Workspace ONE, and other VDI technologies.Experience with virtual desktop image management and application delivery.Familiarity with networking, storage, and server hardware.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant VMware certifications are a plus.
