Description:Candidates must be in Austin, TX or Cupertino/Sunnyvale, CAOur large consumer electronics client is seeking an exceptional Information Security Engineer to support our vulnerability management program across all our assets. This will be a technical hands-on role in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be working on identifying vulnerabilities and partnering with various compliance/regulatory teams and application owners to drive remediation.3+ years of related experience within vulnerability management.Excellent knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools.Responsible for maintaining and improving the security posture by identifying, scoping and prioritizing remediation of vulnerabilities across their organization.Experience with creating custom dashboards for reporting security posture to leadership.Provide technical guidance for resolution of reported vulnerabilities.Develop and maintain strong partnership with team responsible for patching.Very good understanding of large-scale security solutions for cloud deployments.Drive continual improvement and innovation to current process.Ability to track multiple parallel activities.Good communication skills and high standard of ethics.Top Skills Details:Qualys, Remediation, Vulnerability Scanning, Vulnerability management, Security, Project management, vulnerability operationsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Nice to haves:Experience with SQL, databricks and Splunk.Experience with Python, Go and/or bash scripting.Self starter to support a global team.Experience in Information SecurityGood understanding of IPv6 networksPassionate about keeping their environment secureRequirement for on-call rotation.About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
