NOC Analyst 6+ Months Responsibilities :Oversee NOC operations whose responsibilities include monitoring, alerting and escalations, and documentation of systems including infrastructure and applications in our private and public clouds. Implement processes for monitoring/ alerting, monitoring configuration, change control, and for automation opportunities. Develop key dashboards for service availability, uptime and utilization metrics and play the role for SME for monitoring requirements for both Infra and Application. Ensure that up-to-date inventory and technical documentation exists for all services monitored and take ownership for reporting key monitoring stats. Work with technical managers to seamlessly integrate new Infra or Application services into monitoring. Participate in major incident management; incident resolution; command and coordination during major service interruptions; provide diagnostic information from the monitoring tool. Perform periodic evaluation Monitoring systems and process to understand effectiveness, gaps, new features that improve monitoring capability and relevance of the current monitoring configuration. Responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, such as employee reviews, time sheets, expenses, etc. Ensure staffing and skill levels are maintained throughout operational hours by managing shift staffing schedules.
