Description A client of ours is looking to hire a warehouse coordinator to their growing team! The warehouse coordinator is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the corporate fleet. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring driver's are following their required maintenance schedules, conducting appropriate use of the company vehicles, and ensuring vehicle transition and replacement occurs seamlessly and without disruption. You will also be preparing reports detailing the effectiveness of the fleet. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist drivers with any vehicle related problems
Find repair solutions for drivers and manage to the lowest expense/budget cost
Negotiate best possible outcomes for driver satisfaction and resolve conflicts, and escalate as and when required
Assist with accident tracking to ensure drivers are kept informed of solutions and repair progress
Ensure correct information is being recorded in all company databases or dashboards
Minimize vehicle repair time and educate drivers on maintenance process and procedure
Manage all required vehicle licensure and registration and recall notices
Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency
Assist, plan and manage vehicle purchases and replacements
Managed vehicle replacement, vehicle transition or move cycle with fleet drivers
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with business leaders and internal stakeholders
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: high school degree or equivalentEXPERIENCE:
4+ years of fleet and or related coordinator services
SKILLS:
Ability to handle client expectations and conflict
Knowledge or understanding of how to manage and work with fleet supplier
Excellent interpersonal skill and an empathetic communication style
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
Intermediate/Advanced computer skills with excel, outlook and word
Ability to adapt to new tools and software including fleet specific software tools
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
