- 7+ or more years of IT experience in a complex and geographically diverse environment
- Proven verbal, presentation, and written communications skills across technical, non-technical, and senior management audiences
- Fluent in SQL and high-level database architecture
- Experience with Salesforce/Salesforce API Integrations.
- Requires solid customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical people.
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, vision, and management to the respective area of supervision. Must be able to develop long and short-term strategies to achieve the vision and communicate appropriately to inspire support and action
- Solid knowledge of server configurations and web application hosting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure Computing (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Non-profit experience is preferred, with a detailed understanding of Web Design, JavaScript frameworks, CSS frameworks, Apex, SQL, PHP, and rapid deployment methods.
- Analyzes complex end user issues and recommends fixes or improvements.
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of project and software deployment life cycle.
- Develops code, tests, deploys, and supports customer relationship management (CRM), Websites and fundraising systems throughout the national and field office network.
- Will be assigned complex assignments and multiple phases of a project.
- May work with outside vendors and manage the tactical implementation and support being provided.
- Collaborate with team members as well as operate individually to execute all phases of complex projects
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our business objectives and related system interactions through partner, vendor and business staff communications, meetings and project discovery sessions
- Proven ability to lead the development and analytic steams to deliver technical product releases from launch to scale. Drive continuous product improvement; effectively align resources to achieve key business priorities, including appropriate scope, high quality, and timely product releases
- Provides detailed technical guidance and serves as a mentor to other team members.
