Must be honest, friendly, clean, dependable, organized, timely, calm, a self-starter, patient, and respectful. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a valid driver's license and insurance. Able to pass a background check (no class A misdemeanors or felonies). Must have a smartphone to use communication Apps Able to read and write English for documentation purposes. Must be willing to work in a group home setting with individuals with mild to moderate psychiatric diagnoses. Responsibilities: Meal prep, light housekeeping, medication monitoring, electronic documentation, and resident interaction. Residents require minimal to no physical assistance.
