Position DescriptionOur team is growing!Ryder is hiring an Inventory Clerk inAustin, TX!This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts and audits, assisting in researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies and assisting the Inventory Supervisor in any inventory related functions.About the position:Consistent pay : $18.50+$2.00 (lead pay)+$1.70 (weekend shift)
Schedule: Friday- Monday, 1st shift, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Requirements:
Warehouse Inventory Experience Preferred

One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience
Ability to
Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
Recognize and read location, date and product codes
Work independently and as a member of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) (beginner level)
Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
Safety Sensitive Position, Non-Regulated Tech - Depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified
ResponsibilitiesConduct cycle counts and inventory audits
Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments
Participate in physical inventories as necessary
Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed
Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
Perform other duties as assigned
