Work Hours/Shift:Full Time/DaysYou Will Be Responsible For:Create a supportive and nurturing environment for Team Members. Serve as advocate for their needs.

Create a strategic operating plan based on annual well-being program aggregate outcomes, and associate surveys, that measure the Team Members and the Community’s sense of well-being.

Design and implement well-being programs, activities, and events for Team Members to participate.

Identify and train engaged CREATION Life Guides.

Equip Team Members to help them to be engaged Team Members.

Work in partnership with the director of Mission and Ministry and the Community Health Coordinator to engage community groups (faith-based and non-faith based), to empower them to become proponents of CREATION Life as a transformational lifestyle model.

Manage the CREATION Life program by communicating regularly with stakeholders, training and supporting CREATION Life Guides.

Be an active member of the Mission Integration Peer Review Committee (MIPR), to ensure programs align with campus strategy of Feel Whole and CREATION Life initiatives.

Become a certified CREATION Life instructor and teach bi-annual classes for leaders and team members.

Design and instruct CREATION Life Seminar in the community.

Provide individual and group lifestyle coaching, as needed.

Coordinate the annual biometric screening process for Team Members, which include working closely with Corporate, wellness/screening vendor, and internal departments on communications and implementation.

Work with the Clinical Mission Integration Team to assure that Family Medicine Clinics (FMC) and AdventHealth Medical Group (AHMG) programs align with campus strategy of Feel Whole and CREATION Life initiatives.

Work closely with marketing in creating program resources for challenges and training materials.

Submit weekly communications for the AdventHealth Central Texas Newsletter.

Work closely with Mission and Ministry, Human Resources, Community Health Coordinator, and Marketing, to develop and maintain the local CREATION Life website.

Participate in committees as they relate to Team Member well-being and act as adviser and encourager.

Work collaboratively with other departments and aid in growing our “Feel Whole” brand.

Engage and involve the leadership team in the well-being programs and events.

Assist in the development and management of annual budget for the well-being program.

Assist on creating a report system for the well-being program that tracks the engagement of the participants to determined Return on Investment (ROI).

QualificationsWhat You Will Need:Associate degree in Health & Wellness, Physical Education, Nutrition, or equivalency.

Bachelor’s degree in Health & Wellness, Physical Education, Nutrition, or similar field preferred.

2 to 5 Years of position-related experience preferred

Current CPR certification or eligibility

Job Summary:Responsible for creating and implementing programs to ensure the well-being and wholeness of our team members. This includes educating and engaging employees towards a healthier lifestyle, using CREATION Life as framework. It also includes coordinating well-being programs such as WebMD Wellness, CREATION Life self-assessments, planning and implementation of CREATION Life Seminar Series, training CREATION Life guides, monitoring CREATION Life accountabilities.
