What You’ll Do (and Own):

Estimate Like a Pro

Takeoff and bid wet utility scopes with accuracy and speed.

Analyze plans, specs, and reports. Catch what others miss — then submit RFIs to close the gaps.

Solicit and evaluate vendor/sub quotes. You know the difference between low and right.

Understand the real cost of doing the job — not just the numbers, but the time, manpower, and gear it takes.
