Will Call Specialist

We are looking for a Will Call Specialist to join our Rexel USA team in Carrollton, TX!Summary:

The Will Call Specialist is responsible for picking and processing of orders for customer/branch will call, small package, and freight outs. Responsible for handling all processing of orders, paperwork, and procedures as necessary.

What You'll Do: Must behave consistently with the Company’s Core Competencies, Polices, Procedures and focus on safetyUtilize RF (Radio Frequency) hand-held devices and printer during the picking processPerform daily machine check list and operate any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as requiredEfficiently and accurately pick, label, and stage orders for customer/branch will call, small packages, and freight out orders for outbound shipments and/or will call pick upProperly handle, move, stack, and/or pack various types of merchandise for pick up or shipmentEnsure products are free of damageCarry or transport orders to the will call or small package staging areas with any material handling equipment as neededAccurately process all small package shipmentsCollect all will call paperwork and signaturesInteract with customers and branch drivers in a polite professional mannerProperly use and understand all computer programs and hardware necessary for completion of the job taskReport any damage to electronic hardware, material handling equipment and the Distribution Center immediately to a SupervisorPerform other duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer:
