- Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework
- Workday Compensation Certified.Familiarity with Workday HR processes beyond compensation.
- Strong organization and facilitation skills.
- Specific knowledge of SAP-HR ERP related business processes and technologies, and/or knowledge of JDE-HR would be a plus.
- Experienced Workday Compensation Analyst with 5+ years of working knowledge of Workday HR Compensation package & planning.
- 10+ years of consulting or relevant work experience
- Experience designing and implementing Workday Compensation solutions globally.
- Experience aiding business and user adoption of HCM process.
- Experience facilitating group discussions sessions.
- Strong problem solving and practical analytical skills.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct or support working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Understanding of business process management, methods, and tools.Evaluating, communicating, and coordinating the technical impacts of application integration decisions
- Creating detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs
- Developing, testing, and deploying integrations required to meet business requirements
- Proactively identify optimization/automation opportunities, and support initiatives with Workday HCM/Finance is a plus
- Provides an understanding of Workday compensation business processes as a subject matter expert.
- Consults in partnership with other IT and HR staff to guide and identify solution alternatives to the Enterprise HR community.
- Designs and enhances Workday compensation processes to utilize the business value of Workday capabilities
