JOB SUMMARY Vaco Technology is currently seeking a direct hire Workday HR Systems Manager that is 100% remote. This candidate needs 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM, and preferably at least 1 year of leadership experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience with Workday, Workday integrations, Workday Prism, and Workday Studio.
Candidate will be learning about RPA. Their team has 6-8 Bots that they built in UiPath (RPA tool) that are currently running automation processes.
Previous experience supervising a team needed as candidate will have a small Workday team they will oversee.
BIRT reporting experience required.
Preferred experience in Java, API and system designs. Company has built an in-house integration tool using Java to pull data into Workday for their incentive plans.
