- Good understanding of security groups, type of security groups, roles etc
- Ability to share best practices in security implementation
- Ability to understand the business requirements and design appropriate security structure
- Should have experience in integration security, functional security configuration
- Should be able to provision / deprovision security
- Should have good understanding of security for reports, dashboards etc
- Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate it to a technical solution.
- Ability to analyze and resolve user concerns and educate users on resolutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and client facing skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
- Certified in Workday HCM / Workday Security
